Payment Policy:
Full payment must be received before product is shipped. Product shipment will generally take 8 – 10 business days in the Continental United States and be made via ground freight (unless otherwise specified). We reserve the right to fulfill orders in multiple shipments. All orders are filled on a first come first serve basis while supplies last only (and are not subject to backorder).
Return Policy:
The original sales receipt must accompany any returns. We will accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 calendar days after delivery of the product provided that the returned product is unopened and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking will be applied to all returns. Returned products must be in new, unaltered and unused condition. No returns will be permitted for special or custom orders.
Defective Product Policy:
If an opened item is received damaged or defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion provided that it is returned to us within 30 days. No other warranties, either express or implied, will be extended except as required by law.
General Terms:
Before any item is returned you must contact Napco within 7 days if you intend to return the item and Napco will issue a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) to be referenced on the returned item’s exterior package.

Any and all refunds and repairs are contingent upon our inspection of the returned product.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. Items you received from us that you did not order will qualify for credit or refund.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Limitation of Liability
Napco Security Technologies shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Napco Security Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Napco Security Technologies product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Napco Security Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Napco Security Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Napco Security Technologies shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Napco Security Technologies without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Napco Security Technologies may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Napco Security Technologies.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Napco Security Technologies products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Napco Security Technologies products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
